Outlook Integration: Date Error

Loaded up the Outlook client for one of our users (eventually - need PC admin rights for user to install correctly.  can remove once installed and buttons appear).

When adding an email it comes up with a date error:  7/28/2006 ie US format.  Email shows as 28/7/2006 and Netsuite user has a GMT Preference and DD/MM/YYYY date setting.

Any ideas?
