Customizing shipping labels for A4 paper size
We have a client that is using OneWorld and has parent sub. in US and child sub. in UK. Apparently, the shipping labels in UK need to fit to different paper size called A4. It appears that the shipping label form setup in NetSuite Oneworld account only allows one preferred shipping label form to be used at a time, and does not allow for use of two shipping label forms (one for US and one for UK).
Has anyone run into this problem and know how to create proper page size for printing UK shipping labels, while also having proper shipping labels for US parent sub.??
