Customise delivery text in basket

We have selected 'Show Shipping Estimator in Cart' in Setup Website, but would like to change the standard text 'Estimated Shipping (Delivery charge)' to 'Delivery charge' (same for 'Free Shipping (Delivery charge)'). Shipping is an American term and we prefer to use Delivery. We cannot see the option in the customise text section. How can this be done?
