VAT changes and Billable Time

If you have saved invoices with billable time on them if you edit them it will automatically change the VAT to the new default for each line of billable time(and if you've followed all the instructions this is VAT15%).

I picked this up when scheduled scripts started erroring because the invoices were dated pre 01/12/2008.

Defect 156765 has been raised with a good quality S3 120.  Throw it some love if you're affected.
