International Tax Reports 3.13 cannot edit customers

I have updated the International Tax reports to V3.13 and not I cannot edit any customers. Has any one else got this problem?



When I try to edit a customer record I get the following error:-




I am thinking of uninstalling the bundle and re-installing but I have no idea if this is going to effect out VAT returns. I have filed a case number 1334862.

Has anyone seen this problem and have you managed to find a fix?
