I have received the following email from Netsuite:-
Advance Notice: Segregation of Customer Center Roles Means New Login Page
You are receiving this notice to alert you to an upcoming change in your NetSuite account. NetSuite is transitioning to a complete segregation between Customer Center roles and non-Customer Center roles.
This transition will be gradual to allow time for adjustment to this big change from past behavior. This change supports meeting local requirements for Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and improvements to performance, reliability, and account security. One consequence of this change is that we are introducing a separate login page for Customer Center roles. Optionally, Customers also have the option to create their own custom login page for Customer Center roles.
