Email From Field Change URGENT!!!!

Just stated the day to total chaos, overnight NS has changed the email from: field to that of the users log in email, which has neve been important before.

I need to urgently change this so that the Return Email Address as specified in Company Information is used as the from: as well as the return address.

I can't believe such a fundumental change has happened without any prior warning!
