VAT report problems

When we are running our VAT report we are getting errors in the figures
in Box 1 and Box 4.

When we drill down to see where the information is being reported from we get
listing of invoices but with errors in the tax rate

Tax Code SR-GB Net 314.59 Tax 262.16 Tax should be £52.43
Tax Code O-GB  Net 469.00 Tax 469.00

Is anyone else finding the same problem?

Realised we were still on bundle 8375 upgraded to 14864 problem solved!
