Add Marketing Campaign error
Dear all,
I tired to add a marketing campaign to the Marketing Calendar by clicking any available time slot, for example, 10:30 Then Netsuite gives me the following error:
"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information"
I had submitted a case to Netsuite Technical Support. However, just as what all other people say and I got the same experience too...it takes more than a few months for them to answer the Case I sent to them. The so-called GOLD SUPPORT is hopeless....
Does anyone of you come across this issue before? It works fine for normal personal Netsuite Calendar.
