Recommended Tax Codes for India

Hi,

I'm setting up an Indian Nexus and need to know the recommended tax codes that should be setup.

I've been directed to setup the following rates:

1. VAT 4%
2. VAT 12.50%
3. CST(Central Sales Tax) – 2%
4. CST(Central Sales Tax) – 4%
5. Service Tax – 10.03%

When I did this for Ireland, we used standard tax codes (e.g. IE-S, ESSS-IE).

Are there 'standard' codes used for India that are recommended?
