Has anyone set up taxes for India yet??

any guidance would be really appreciated. Its been 3 months since i've opened a case and i havent had a decent response from netusite.
i spoke to the partner in India but they wanted 20K USD just to talk, which is way out of my range.

can anyone point me in the right direction?
