Updating Purchase Tax code on ITEMS

Hello Everyone,

Due to the changes in HST / GST, etc. I am trying to find a simple way to update various items we purchase locally and from other provinces where the tax has changed, and of course we have new tax codes.

Does anyone have a suggestion for doing this?  I looked over the MASS UPDATE as an option, but I could not find a way to pull the purchase tax code as well as no option to update the purchase tax code.
