Write GST Liability Account

I am trying to change the GST account that the TRANSACTIONS->BANK->WRITE GST LIABILITY process uses to pay the GST liability. I have an old GST account and a new one, and cannot seem to figure out where these changes should be made. Any ideas? Thanks!
