Selection Default Currency

Hey,

I'm just trying to setyup the accounting functions of our netsuite account. We are canadian based. We sell exclusively in USD, mostly into the states.. However, what i'm noticing now with the Chart Of Accounts, that if i set my default currency to USD, i'm unable to setup things like a CAD Credit Card. But if i set my currency default to Canada - All of my clients, and item prices now become the Canadian Price.

Unfortunately i've been unable to find a way to mass update this in netsuite. Any Suggestions on what the best way to go would be.
