US Business - just signed big Canadian Deal

Does anyone use NetSuite for business in both the US and Canada?  NetSuite is telling me that I need to upgrade to OneWorld in order to run our business on one platform for US and Canada.  Or, we can purchase a separate instance of NetSuite for Canada only.

Any thoughts?
