Pivot table activation for netsuite basic?

hi, do netsuite basic users have pivot table beta feature?  if so how do i activate it b/c the instructions to do so online dont work (dont have the same choices etc).

i want to make sure netsuite basic users have access to suitecloud, suitescripts, pivot table beta, etc.
