Suite Flex Script to set Default value on Commit Column Field

For users on version 2007.0.
SuiteFlex bundle 129 now allows users to set a default value for the 'Commit' column field on the sales order.
Currently 'Commit' column field defaults to 'Available Qty'.
This script will allow a default preference to be set that will be set when creating sales order.
