Installing Suitelet via bundle for website.. how to ?

HI,

Ive currently written a suitelet and tested it on my local installation. The suitelet runs well and does all the tasks we need very efficiently.

However, this suitelet is required to go onto a jcurve account which only allows for the installation of scripts via bundles.

Ive followed this instruction but am at a loss to actually know which ID's are what.
