Sandbox to Sandbox form bundling issues

In order to get code/forms/everything else live we have to bundle from one sandbox to the next sandbox and so on until we deploy to production.

When we do this for forms that are linked, the forms, when deployed to the next environment are no longer linked.

Also we've found that the sequence for columns can vary and label values do not always carry across.

Anyone else had this issue and if so any solutions?
