Bundles in an Enterprise Environment

Can anyone comment on how to use bundles in an Enterprise environment?  We have two Sandbox accounts, one for Development and another for Testing.  We'd like to bundle configuration / customization from the Development Sandbox, move it to the Testing Sandbox, and ultimately deploy it to Production.  Since we will be doing periodic Sandbox Refreshes from Production, how do we manage the Bundles?

Any input would be appreciated!
