How to unlock objects that were locked in a previous Bundle install?

I need help unlocking fields, forms workflows, roles (and more) that were locked by a previous bundle install. Previously, installing that same bundle again (but this time, without locking upon install) would do the trick, but now that no longer seems to work. Help?
