Drag and Drop/Documents Help!

I recently implemented the Drag and Drop Bundle.  It is working well but does anyone know how to set the defaults of drag and drop or of files that go into certain folders?  I want the files that I Drag and Drop to be automatically set to "available when not logged in" so that the files can be seen from our website.  Otherwise, I still have to open each individual file to set it as available.
