Sticky Notes File Upload

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble when trying to attach a file from my PC to a sticky note. It seems that the problem is cased by the browser as I am facing this issue only when using Chrome. When I try to drag and drop a file to the sticky note, Chrome just opens or downloads (depends on the file type) the file. The error message in the console says "File drag and drop is not supported on this browser.". I tried clearing my cache, reset the browser, etc, but the problem persists.
