Vendor ACH Checkbox Missing

I use the Vendor ACH function.  Normally on the Write Check screen there is an "ACH" checkbox next to the "Bill Pay" checkbox which is how I tag the payment to be send via ACH.  However, since the upgrade, the ACH checkbox is missing!!  Is this a bug??  June help!!
