View only - Payment File administration

Hi  - I am using the custom EFT role. I would like to display the Payment File Administration - Results as read only so users can't recreate files/make changes etc... Does anyone know how I can do this? I have been changing the custom record permissions but this has made no difference, Any help really appreciated - Thank you
