Edit payment file templates

Hello,

Im using SEPA Credit Transfer (HSBC) payment file format to process bill payments. I'd like to edit that template but I get this error "This edition does not support creation and editing of Payment File Formats".

I've read Netsuite Answers nº26405 but I dont have Bundle 45178 - NetSuite Electronic Payments install and neither Bundle 21147 - NetSuite Electronic Payments for OneWorld. (At least, they dont appear in Customization -> Suite Bundler -> Search & Install Bundles ) Instead what I found installed there is Bundle 128334 - NetSuite Electronic Payments. Is there any way to edit this kind of templates?
