Income Statement in wrong order

I added a GL account today (account 6708) as a sub-account of 6700 as an Expense account and put it in the Expense section in the income statement.  Prior to adding account 6708, the 6700 parent account and all of it sub-accounts were in the income statement after 6600 accounts and before 6900 accounts.  However, now all of the 6700 accounts come after 6100 accounts.  From what I can tell, all of these accounts are the same type and in the same section in the Income Statemen. 

Does anybody why this account would not appear in the proper numerical order or how to get it in the right place?
