2007 broke my Financial Statement Layouts

Standard reports look fine, but once you begin customizing, the rules in my Custom Financial Statement Layout are no longer being followed.

- Display Header unchecked is not being followed (All headers nested/displayed)
- Heading Label IS correct
- Total Label is NOT correct

Specifically, the (only) change to the stock income statement report I did is to add a Category grouping under revenues.

This was working fine (after lots of hard work) under 11.x.  Anyone else having problems with Layouts not acting as configured?
