Bill payment processing error with custrecord_file_reference

Hello,

I'm doing a bill payment processing using SEPA Credit Transfer (HSBC) payment format, the xml is generated with no problem and placed in the selected file cabinet.
However, in Payment File Administration I see the process is shown with the following error:

"Error occurred while creating Payment File: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF Invalid custrecord_2663_file_ref reference key 2164. "

What does it mean? Where is that custrecord_2663_file_ref field to check which is that value 2164?
