ODBC Posting Account Activity with wrong period

I am using this ODBC view on my development test system. It gives the wrong account_period_id. There is a open balance posting posted in 07/2007 in the system. The other ODBC views deliver this correctly (Transactions, Account Period Activity as well as Account Activity). The Posting Account Activity delivers 04/2003 as accounting period for the same record.

Any idea? Is the Wolfe trial system I am using for development the reason?
