Budget vs Actual not displaying Values

NS,

I've just successfully uploaded all my budgets with a specific department.

I try and view budget vs actual for 'ALL' department, and also for individual departments. The budget values are 0 across the board. I'm an Admin, and I'm part of the Admin department. I've tried taking off my employee department but that changes nothing.

Any ideas??
