Gross Profit and Billings Forecast vs. Quota
I have a Gross Profit and Billing Forecast which shows Actual (Gross Profit amount by Sales Rep.
Problem is when you click through to view Sales order by Sales Rep, some Sales order are missing for
1. Sales Order not billed (But commission paid) or
2. Total amount of the line items in the Sales Order where Sales Rep's department is the same. ( Some line items have different department from the Sales Rep).
Commission is paid on Sales Transaction amount so, Sales Rep
s contribution to profit should be the Sales Transaction amount and it does not matter if the line item within the Sales Transaction is different. Gross Profit should be the Sales Order amount.
