Reporting Income (not just Sales) by Country

So I've been trying to report on income by country instead of just sales, so that our shipping costs are included, but no success...

I can customize the P & L to show the country, but I can't seem to move the country column to the left of the financial rows. I don't really care which sub account the amounts came from, just the country totals.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
