Changes/errors in Financial Reports

HI Everyone

Our Financial reports are suddenly not running as expected.

The Balance Sheet is not including all the past periods in the beginning balances so the numbers are wrong.

The income statement is listing accounts in a unusual order.

We are running the same reports that we have come to rely on in the past and worked fine up to 15 days ago but are not working as expected now.

Does anyone know how this has happened or how it can be corrected?
