Sales tax reporting

I seem to have some difficulty with our sales tax reporting...  I finda transactions being reported thru our agency report both in the agency line as well as the "no agency" line.  Not sure what is causing this issue.  Any suggestions? 

Also, we sell taxable products under leasing arrangements which tend to screw up our reporting.  What is the best way to handle leased transactions when it comes to reporting?

Suggestions?
