Reconcile Bank Statement screen customization

We would  like the ability to add columns to the Reconcile Bank Statement form and the ability to customize the width....

eg. Amount column of foreign currency so that user can know the transaction currency and no need to go again to check transaction.

Do we have the ability to do this?
Or any work around for this.
