Trial Balance - Displaying sub amount and parent amount

Reading various posts I think this is not possible?  We have a USD parent and various country subs including UK. I would like to produce a TB for each sub displaying two columns, one showing  USD and the other displaying the sub currency. A previous post provided the following:

1. Run the Trial Balance on the Consolidated Level.
2. Ensure that the Subsidiary Context you assigned is the USD Sub.
3. After doing this (Refresh), customize the Trial Balance.
4. Under Filters tab, expand the 'Trial Balance' folder.
5. Select Subsidiary.
6. Select the Subsidiaries that you want the Report to show data.
7. Save

However this produces separate reports and you can only enter one sub in the filter, so you have to keep changing this for each sub - entering more than one sub produces no data.
