Show invoice start/end date on Balance sheet report

I would think that this is simple enough, but having a hard time finding a way to show the dates on a balance sheet report. I need the start and end date on the invoice to show up on the report, however when i look up these fields in report builder, the start and end dates are the accounting start/end dates, not the invoice start/end date. Im using the advanced billing function.

In addition, I can pull these start/end dates on a search, so now im wondering why these are not available on a balance sheet report.
