Custom Report with Large Amount of Filters Timing Out
To preface, we already have a case open with NetSuite, but they seem to be able to load the reports without timing out. That makes it difficult to troubleshoot. But, on many of our computers, in various places, various networks, various roles, various browsers, we are having time outs and slow loading of customized financial reports. The standard ones load quickly, but the ones that are attempting to filter out a large number of customers are the trouble.
Is anyone else having trouble with financial reports that are filtering out a large number of customers (or other large filter)? The amount of results is smaller, and there is only one filter other than date. It is just a large number of custom names filtered out.
