Setting up daily extract of Financial Data

Our company was recently acquired by another company and as such, we were asked to work on building an extract of our financial data out of NetSuite which then would be imported/ingested into the other company's financial system (SAP).
Here’s what we know so far:

[*]the goal is to make this export/import process generic enough so that it can be easily reused for their other acquisitions
[*]this extract is to be generated daily and posted to an FTP site
[*]they are looking for the following data elements (GL Account Data):

[*]GLAccount
[*]CostCentre
[*]ProfitCentre
[*]FuncionalArea
