Sales by Customer Summary Report
We were trying to filter by a particular state, so we initially customized it to choose the following filter: Customer/Job - Address Book - State
Boy, did this screw us up! All of the customer revenues were wrong - dramatically overstated.
Finally found a filter that worked as expected: Sales - Address - Shipping State
I'm trying to understand the methodology here. Why would filtering the report by the first one dramatically overstate the amounts (both in v10 and v11)?
Thanks for any insight into this...
