Report showing Profit Margin by Income account?

How do I make a report showing profit margin by Income account over a period of time?

Our COGs accounts and our income accounts are divided up between approximately 20 product categories.  so ("COG value 1" / "Income account value 1") would be on the first line and lines 2 through 20 would all be the other various COGs accounts and income accounts and their profit margins and you could filter by year or quarter.
