Custom Reporting Freezing
I hope that someone from NetSuite who is browsing the forums can offer some help....
I attempted to create 2 custom reports today by building off of existing Marketing Reports. I was able to create both reports and preview them successfully. Once I was satisfied with the filters, options, etc. I saved both of them. After saving these reports I tried to go back into the report to view it and I received an error message prompting me to contact Tech. Support because the report(s) failed. I tried to then delete the custom report so that I could rebuild it. When I went back into the customization the report(s) wouldn't let me do anything. I
