Customer Category Filter
I have noticed the customer category field is not an option for filtering with the report builder (on certain reports). That, or it doesn't work. This is a standard field in NetSuite, and, for some of us, a fairly important one.
The specific report I am using is Inventory Back Order Report. Under Order Items Pending Fulfillment, there are subfolders/tables as follows:
Account Type
Address
Asset Account
Category
Is Category intended to be your Customer Category filter? If so, it doesn't work. It can be added to the filter screen, but when trying to select an actual Category Name, there are none available. There should be since we use the field to categorize our customers.
