"Save As" Fails to Save

I've done a ton of custom reports the past few weeks.  In customizing reports for various teams I use the "Save As" feature to save time (since each team wants to see the same data).

I have noticed that "Save As" does not save --say 3 out of 4 times it does not save (I have to redo it).  I've seen this instability for quite some time, but I have never taken the time to report the problem because it would be my luck that it works when I have NS on the phone (and sometimes it actually does work correctly).

Anyone else noticing this instability when using "Save As" with the  reportbuilder?
