Custom record search

I have created a custom record which is title summary invoice. This summary invoice groups and totals a weeks worth of individual invoice for a customer. Each summary invoice has associated invoices. I am trying to create a report or search that would tell me how many invoices are associated with each summary invoice and more specifically if any summary invoice has 50 or more associated invoices. Can anyone help?
