Unable to update custom sort on financial sections of an income statement
Recently, I duplicated an existing financial report layout. In doing so, everything duplicates as it should except for the sort order.
For example, I have an account section called 'Cost of Service.'
Under 'Account Order,' I select 'Order By (Custom)' and then drag/drop my accounts back to the order they were in before the layout duplication. I save the report containing the new layout.
The Account Order for the header returns to the sort created by NetSuite after I duplicated the original layout.
The original layout has the correct account order; however, I am at a loss as to how I can duplicated the original sort order. If I can't duplicate it, how do I change it so that it sticks.
