Importing Quickbooks data after the QB import

Looking to see if anyone has had to import Quickbooks data after the initial QB import. I know you can not import a second Quickbooks file, so we are exporting the data to csv and using the NetSuite provided import templates. Any tips or advice from someone who has had to go down this path would be greatly appreciated.
