Passing Case Number as a parameter

Hi

I am wondering if it is possible to pass a case number as a parameter in a  URL that links to an Online Case Form.

Here is my scenario.

We have sent out a newsletter to our database offering free coaching.
The newsletter contains a link to an online case form where they can regsiter their interest in the coaching. The link has parameters for their forename, surname, email address and the title of the form, so these are pre-populated.

Once they submit the first form, the workflow on that form sends them an email with a link to a second online case form which asks them for further information.
