Want to get the contact first and last names, not customer
Hi,
We are working on creating an online submission form for new leads. The person enters First Name, Last Name, Company Name, etc. What we want is an automated e-mail to the user that enters the information. We we include the
<NLFIRSTNAME>field, it gives us a parsed verison of what was entered in the company name when the e-mail is generated. We can use the
<NLCONTACT>to work, but it gives us the whole name. Since the form is an online customer form, are we doing something wrong not to get the first name of the contact when we use the NLFIRSTNAME crmsdk tag?
